Hey there,
Are you looking for a potato recipe that is crispy outside and fluffy inside? This easy Oven Roasted Paprika Garlic Potatoes recipe is made with a snap of the fingers. These crispy oven-roasted potatoes are a great side dish or a main meal. For example, you don’t like to eat garlic like me, I added fresh chives and don’t laugh I also added dill. I didn’t peel the skin off the potatoes because I found that if you leave the skin on the paprika and garlic powder stay on better than if you were to peel the potato skin.
Did you know that potatoes are also a very healthy part of your daily diet? Yes, yes I know carbs!! But the fact remains that eating potatoes is beneficial to your health. Adding tablespoons of butter or an insane amount of salt which I have seen many do is definitely a NO-NO. But for those of you who are still a bit reluctant and or are not sure of the health benefits that potatoes contain here are a few: fiber, vitamins, potassium so roast, bake, steam, boil your potatoes and add potatoes into your daily or weekly diet if you prefer. 🙂
Have a great day and week everyone!!!
