Greek Pepper and Feta Cheese Dip

Hey there foodies,

Happy Thursday to everyone and I hope you have been having a good week.  This recipe has been in my post box for a while now so I thought it was time to post it. 🙂  When summer rolls around I always love preparing dips of all sorts.  A while back I had prepared this Florini Greek Pepper and Feta Cheese dip.  These peppers are quite similar to the paprika peppers that you can find in jars in your local supermarkets and taste amazing with nacho chips. 🙂  But you can use any cracker, bread or chip you love.

This is a refreshing twist of a dip for the summer season and definitely a great addition to any table.  The combination of feta cheese with these delicious greek peppers makes this a refreshing dip indeed.  Now, this is a dip so versatile that by adding just one more ingredient for example let’s sayyyyy ummmm chili pepper flakes this dip can also be eaten during the winter season.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Thursday!!

  1. Boy does this ever look delicious!

  2. Delicious!! Saving this!!
  3. This Greek pepper and feta cheese dish is a staple in my house. It is also a great way to work with feta and is a nice alternative to simply putting it in our Greek salads. I think this dip tastes great with crackers, veggies, and even bread. I like to garnish mine with some chives if I have them just before serving.
