Blue Cheese Dip with Greek Yogurt

Hi there,

I am back. 🙂 I hope everyone is doing well.  I made this Blue Cheese Dip last week and posted it on my IG account but I didn’t have time to write the post.  I found sometime over the weekend to write the post and prepare a schedule. I am going back to my old habits three recipes per week.  (I have one more goal, not sure that’s going to happen). I guess you all know by now that I love dips, hot dips, cold dips all sorts of dips.  I picked up some Blue cheese, and of course, some greek yogurt and veggies to bake.  The cheese I purchased was a bit too salty and so I added 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to decrease the saltiness.  If you didn’t know this welllll this my little trick tip of the day. 🙂

It’s been raining here for the past few days and so we were kind of stuck inside, not really being able to take walks with Charlie.  Charlie is not a fan of the rain nor wind.  The wind annoys him because his ears do that flapping thing hahahhaha.   But, yesterday a little after 2:00 pm the sun came out.  It was my chance to talk a lovely walk in the park and admire the gorgeous brown tone color leaves.   This is just a bit of info about our weather conditions here and the challenges Charlie faces. heheheheheh

My summer was strange, frustrating, upsetting, and definitely, one to remember.  The quote “Everything happens for a reason” is definitely true. Tell you about my adventure in the future still very annoyed!!

Have a great morning/afternoon/evening and a good week 🙂
