Snow-covered Greek Christmas Cookies

Snow covered Greek Christmas Cookies.

Heyy there,

I hope you are all getting ready for the Christmas Holiday.  🙂  This is a re-post of last year’s Christmas Cookies recipe.  These Snow covered Butter Cookies are delicious with a nice warm cup of White Hot Chocolate.    I will post over the weekend. 🙂

Have a great day everyone!!

Hello there!!  I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas with family and friends. 🙂  My mom is visiting for the holidays. We were up early this morning, had our coffee and went straight for the kitchen. to start baking.  Since we only make these cookies one a year we always prepare an extra batch for after Christmas.  It never seems to be enough.

The first batch and placed them on my dining table, and by noon my husband had eaten a few more than he should have  🙂 but that’s ok because we are still in the holiday mood.  If you love sugar-coated, almond tasty cookies you need to try these cookies!!  They are soft and flavored with Cognac and stuffed with baked almonds.

We had finished baking, coating by mid-afternoon and we are done for this year 🙂  Another year is coming to an end in a few days, and for my family and some of my friends it was a difficult one, but this is what life is all about.  Ups and Downs and dealing with the obstacles that life throws your way.  Right??  I am sure you agree with me 🙂
