Homemade White Hot Chocolate

 

Hello everyone,

Tis’the season to be jolly…is everyone JOLLY!!  I gather that most of you are getting for Christmas Eve celebration.  Preparing your feast for dinner and drinks.  Or some of you of out there may be flying off to some warm destination to enjoy your Christmas Holiday. 

But for those who are staying home or are off to a colder destination and want to warm up after a nice walk in the snow, or skiing or Ice skating, or snowboarding…I can go on and on 🙂  this is a seriously delicious drink to warm you up.  Of course, this is made White Chocolate,  but if you  prefer Dark Chocolate go ahead and make it still tastes amazing…:)

Homemade White Hot Chocolate

Homemade Vanilla White Hot Chocolate

A delicious Hot Chocolate drink made with Soya Milk and Organic Creme Fraiche
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Course Drinks
Cuisine American
Servings 1 person

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya Milk
  • ½ cup Organic Creme Fraiche
  • ½ Fresh Vanilla Stick
  • 1 bar White Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan add-in Soya Milk and Creme Fraiche
  • Stir until thick
  • Add-in fresh Vanilla and stir for a few seconds
  • Crush Chocolate into smaller pieces. Pour in the milk mixture and stir until chocolate has melted. Pour into a cup and enjoy this delicious hot drink.

  1. I bloody love hot chocolate. And I love white choc but for some reason I rarely have it apart from around Christmas, not sure why. I LOVE the sound of this! Never actually made my own hot chocolate at all so I've bookmarked this as it's one I deeeeefinitely want to try, thank you! Merry Christmas, Sophie. Hahaha this is what I am telling hubby I want for christmas LOL ;) Of course he will hem and haw acting like he doesn't know where the kitchen is, or what it is BUT he does like dark chocolate, so throwing in that he can make it with that just might be the motivation needed ;) I pray your holidays are full of blessings Sophie, and thank you for all the recipes you share all year. :)
