Crispy Roasted Crunchy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 7 potatoes medium size
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 5 rosemary stems
- 1 ½ tbsp dried oregano
- 4 garlic cloves whole with their peel
- 1 red onion large and sliced
- pepper seasoning
- salt seasoning
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
- Use the potato masher to smash down the potato..
- Preheat the oven to 375℉/190℃.
- Layer the sliced onion on the bottom of the cast iron to create more flavor.
- Place the potatoes in the pan and drizzle with avocado oil. Arrange the rosemary stems and whole garlic cloves around the potatoes.
- Season the potatoes with dry oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Baked potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
