Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
Use the potato masher to smash down the potato..
Preheat the oven to 375℉/190℃.
Layer the sliced onion on the bottom of the cast iron to create more flavor.
Place the potatoes in the pan and drizzle with avocado oil. Arrange the rosemary stems and whole garlic cloves around the potatoes.
