Hey foodie friends,
How are you? Well, I thought I had recovered from my cold but I had a relapse over the weekend. But today I am feeling much better. I had a good night’s sleep and woke up this morning with my voice back to normal. 🙂 So, I was back tutoring without any voice issues, and in the kitchen cooking up a storm. What can anyone say about this classic Spaghetti with Oregano Tomato Sauce dish? It really is everyone’s favorite. A simple dish that combines ingredients, for example the intense taste of Oregano and sweet taste of Cinnamon. 🙂
My father in law is visiting for the week. I was so curious to hear his opinion about my sauce. He likes to cook, he has always helped my mother in law and me to be honest in the kitchen when and if I needed help. My father in law is the kind of person who will definitely give me his opinion on my cooking, and anyone else’s cooking for that matter but in a very nice way.
My hubby and his father where out for the day, so I this gave me plenty of time after my shift to prepare dinner. The Tomato sauce takes up most of the time because I like to cook this very slowly on low to medium heat. The reason is that this gives all the ingredients much more tastier.
This is completely off the food topic, but I did do a bit of searching on Saturday in my local neighborhood stores and I did find some Vegan products. They had a great offer buy 1 get one free, which worked out great for me. 🙂 The brand ‘s name is Nature Box and I absolutely love it!! I also purchased Hand Cream and it smells so good that I want to eat it!! Macadamia oil. 🙂
Have a great week everyone!! 🙂
