Hello,
I was never a red meat lover, so I often tried to avoid it when I was younger. I remember my mother saying that I had to eat meat because it was good for me. (Ummm nope) If I were to eat any type of meat it would always be white either Chicken or Turkey. In the Greek household meat is defiitely found at least 3 times a week. I actually have friends who eat Steak and fries daily!!???
With so many Vegetables and different recipes from around the world why would choose to eat red meat every single day, oh and of course let’s not forget the fries…their response is always the same, “I don’t like to eat anything else”. I look at them with this glare of “are you seriously for real”???? I gave up trying to fight this one a long time ago, 🙂 so while I was searching through my recipes the other day I remembered this delicious fruitty – nutty forgotten recipe. 🙂
Enjoy your weekend everyone 🙂

Q: I don’t like cashew; are almonds a good substitution?
Hi Diana, You can substitute Cashews with Raisins. 🙂
Thank you, Sophie. I didn’t even thought about raisins!
