Hey there everyone 🙂
Going to the supermarket is not as exciting as it used to be at least for me. I used to pop in and out of the Supermarket whenever I wanted. I took my time and I am mean seriously took my time shopping for ingredients. Now, I feel like I am some sort of crazy person. I now go to the supermarket once a week and I run in to do my shopping. And very quickly if I may add. hahahhahahaha I try to avoid any humans that might be in my way by doing those certain Yoga moves. You know what I mean the kind of stretching from left to right and up against the shelves hahahhahahahaha. I’m sorry guys but this is too funny.
I would see my friends and we would always hug and kiss and now it’s like “get away from me” “Don’t touch me” Don’t breathe on me!! During my walk with Charlie, I met up with a friend that was walking her dog. When things were normal we would walk our dogs together. Now, we stand 2 meters away from each other and have a conversation. Not really a conversation it’s more of “did you just hear what I said” “what?” heheheheheh We kept laughing because it was so funny.
Ok, so last Friday was my birthday and Charlie’s. Yep, this puppy was born on April 3rd 🙂 I wanted to make something different this year. I did a bit of searching in my Pantry, and I found some Chocolate. Ohh! I thought to myself why not make Profiteroles. My husband loved it!! and so did I not because there was Chocolate involved but because there was Custard Cream Puffsss……You can find empty Puffs in the supermarket and you can fill them with any filling you like. I sometimes fill them with Chocolate instead of Custard.
This is definitely a delicious after-dinner dessert.
Stay Safe!!! Stay Positive!!
