Custard Cream-filled Puffs garnished with a delicious homemade Chocolate Sauce

- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 package Chocolate
Custard Cream Filling
- ¾ cup MIlk
- ⅓ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Boil milk and heavy cream on low heat.
And butter and stir until butter and chocolate have melted. Set aside to cool
Combine all the ingredients over low heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
Add the Vanilla Extract and set aside to cool.
Once Custard Cream has cooled fill puffs. Pour Chocolate Sauce over puffs and serve cold. You can also add whipped cream.
