Hi there,
Baked pasta dish that instantly feels comforting, and this Greek Spinach Lasagna with Feta is exactly that recipe. The flavors of Greek spinach pies, creamy greens, fresh herbs, tangy feta, and lasagna layers make this a perfect meal.
This lasagna is a little softer, creamier version of those flavors. The spinach cooks down with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of nutmeg (optional, of course). Then it is folded into the crumbled feta for that unmistakable Mediterranean tanginess. Layered between tender pasta sheets and a silky béchamel sauce, the filling becomes rich without it actually being heavy. This is exactly the balance we are looking for in Greek comfort food.
As it bakes, the top turns golden and slightly crisp, while the inside stays soft and creamy. The feta melts into the spinach, the herbs lift the flavor, and the béchamel ties everything together. It’s the kind of dish that reheats beautifully, making it perfect for next‑day lunch. This spinach‑and‑feta lasagna fits beautifully into everyday cooking. 🙂
This Greek Spinach Lasagna with Feta also reheats like a dream. The flavors deepen overnight, and the feta becomes even more intense, giving each slice that unmistakable Mediterranean brightness. Pair it with a crisp tomato‑cucumber salad or just a drizzle of olive oil and a few olives on the side. It’s simple, and sooooo deeply satisfying, a Greek twist on a classic comfort dish that always brings people back for seconds.
Wishing everyone a lovely morning/afternoon/evening! 🙂
