Hello
One pan dish in the house!! Creamy Salmon Rotini with Fresh Dill!. A fresh and simple recipe, full of flavor without needing complicated steps or ingredients. Rotini pasta works beautifully here because the spirals hold onto the creamy sauce, giving every bite a mix of salmon, dill, and silky pasta. But if you don’t have any on hand, use whichever pasta you love. 🙂
To keep things quick (and to avoid turning on the oven in July), I popped the salmon into the air fryer. It came out soft, flaky, exactly the way I wanted it too. The light (emphasis on light) cream sauce wraps everything up in a silky hug, and then the dill jumps in with its bright, fresh taste so the whole dish doesn’t feel heavy. It’s one of those meals that somehow manages to be comforting and refreshing at the same time.
This recipe is also ideal for busy days. Everything cooks in one pan, the sauce thickens naturally as the pasta absorbs the liquid, and the salmon cooks gently without drying out. It’s a dish that looks beautiful on the table, but it’s also practical and quick enough to make for weeknights.
Serve it warm straight from the pan, with a little extra dill on top and maybe a squeeze of lemon if you would like a tangier finish. It’s a pasta that feels homemade, cozy, and full of Mediterranean simplicity and a perfect balance of creamy, fresh, and satisfying. I added no vegetables this time, just salmon, pasta, and a delicious herb.
