Hey foodie friends,
I first shared this recipe back in 2021, and I decided it was time to give it a little refresh. I’ve updated the photo and retested the ingredients. It’s still the same light, delicious yogurt parfait I loved back then.
I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a little while since I shared a yogurt recipe. For today’s post, I wanted something light, refreshing, and easy, and this Greek Yogurt with Strawberries Parfait is exactly that.
I first came across the idea on the FAGE website back in 2021. Their version used Greek marmalade and nuts as the base layer, but it was a bit too sweet for me. So, in true Foodzesty fashion, I tweaked it. I mixed fresh strawberries right into the yogurt. Plus, I added just a touch of marmalade for brightness and used granola for the bottom layer to give it that perfect crunch.
I prefer nonfat Greek yogurt because it keeps the parfait light. But you can absolutely use 2% or 5% if you like a thicker, creamier texture. Either way, this is one of those simple recipes that works beautifully for breakfast, a quick snack, or even a light dessert.
This is one of those recipes that reminds me why I enjoy simple, healthy snacks. You don’t need complicated steps or fancy ingredients, just good yogurt, fresh fruit, and a little crunch. The strawberries give a bright, natural sweetness, the yogurt keeps everything light, and the granola adds that perfect texture.
It’s the kind of recipe you can throw together in five minutes, but it still feels fresh and homemade. Whether you enjoy it first thing in the morning or as a quick afternoon pick‑me‑up, it’s a lovely little treat that always hits the spot.

A healthy and beautiful snack dear Sophie ☺️😉
Yum! Our strawberries are just about done except for the ever-bearing ones.
Same on this side of the world! Very few strawberries in the fruit markets, but an abundance of watermelons, cantaloupes and other delicious fruits. :).
