Yes, I am well by God’s grace. No need to apologize as you didn’t disappoint me at all. I recently came across his YT channel as I was searching for a tzatziki sauce recipe to attempt. I ended up going with one from a not-so-know French chef, though. I don’t know many Greek chefs, and he was recommended to me, so I say I’ll give him a chance.
Tzatziki recipe….Ohhh you need to try my recipe. Its on my blog. I posted it a few weeks ago. And I have spoken about it on the podcast… I have tried a few of his recipes but nope nope definitely not for me. But you should try and see for yourself. 🙂
I’ll try to look for it soon. I am currently listening to the podcast. I couldn’t listen to the first one as I don’t have Spotify, but good stuff! I look forward to the next episode. I’m looking forward to trying his brioche. Will do so in the right time.
