Behind the Greek Apron Episode 3

Hey there food friends,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  Our third episode of Behind the Greek Apron is live.  Krystina hosted this episode alone because we were not able to find a suitable time due to timezone differences.

Listen in to two Professional Chefs,  Chef Krystina http://kouzounaskitchen.com and our guest Chef Vince http://vincehomemade.com from down under talk about their experiences, challenges, and passion for cooking!

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend and see you next week a super delicious recipe.

Sophie 🙂

  1. I’ll try to give it a listen in my spare time. Speaking of Greek chefs, Akis Petretzikis happens to be my current favorite. 😉

    • Hi Diana!!!! So nice to hear from you agian. I hope you are well my friend. Sorry to disappoint you I dont like him or his recipes. 🙂 Everyone has there fav. Mine is Giannis Loukakos and Vagelis Driskas. 🙂

      • Yes, I am well by God’s grace. No need to apologize as you didn’t disappoint me at all. I recently came across his YT channel as I was searching for a tzatziki sauce recipe to attempt. I ended up going with one from a not-so-know French chef, though. I don’t know many Greek chefs, and he was recommended to me, so I say I’ll give him a chance.

      • Tzatziki recipe….Ohhh you need to try my recipe. Its on my blog. I posted it a few weeks ago. And I have spoken about it on the podcast… I have tried a few of his recipes but nope nope definitely not for me. But you should try and see for yourself. 🙂

      • I’ll try to look for it soon. I am currently listening to the podcast. I couldn’t listen to the first one as I don’t have Spotify, but good stuff! I look forward to the next episode. I’m looking forward to trying his brioche. Will do so in the right time.

      • Hi Diana, Thank you so much…You can also find the episode on Google play and other platforms that are also free. If you google the podcast name the platform come up. I hope you are doing well. 🙂

      • You’re welcome, Sophie! I already did, and yes, I’m well, and hope you are, too. 😃
