Hello everyone!!! I hope the weekend was a good one and Happy Father’s Day to all the dad’s out there. 🙂 We had a lovely time over the weekend, most of our friends live in Germany, so we had a very early morning wake up call on Saturday, and about a 6 hour drive. 🙂 The weather was lovely and hot, so we all decided to sit at a nice cafe with a beautiful patio. Almost everyone ordered coffee as usual (well that is except for me 🙂 I am always the one trying something different) so I just wasn’t in the mood for coffee, I wanted to drink something cold so I tried this delicious Pineapple Wine Slushie which I absolutely fell in love with. 🙂
The first thing that popped into mind was that I have to try this recipe and post it so that you can enjoy this fantastic wine drink. I have never made this kind of drink before so I needed to find a simple, quick recipe and I did. 🙂 While searching I came across this food blogger’s site “The Salty Marshmallow” and she had this wonderful recipe posted…a few ingredients and yet it was absolutely amazing! and of course I subscribed to follow because I absolutely loved her recipes. 🙂 I just tweaked it slightly not by much just by adding a bit of sugar into the blender before mixing.
We had a lovely evening with friends, we were able to sit outside on the patio of the cafe until 3:00 am which was great because this is usually the time we used to sit outside during those long hot summer nights while we were still living in Greece.
I hope you give it a try!!! I am still drinking mine 🙂 love it!!!

Well, to be honest I tried this wine drink for the first time over the weekend and made it yesterday. But I guess you can always try and see what it would taste like. I think it would be more of a smoothie than a wine drink 🙂
This just screams vacation to me🍸😊
