I hope you are doing well. There is one more soup that I must tell you about this Tomato Soup with Pasta Recipe. In the Greek Religion, most people fast for 40 days before Easter. Buttt that is not is always the case when you are a child the rules sometimes tend to change or better yet are broken. As children, we would only fast the last week before Easter. Even though we were fasting we would occasionally be given french fries. I found that to always be odd, my question to everyone was “so are we fasting or not”? and of course I would be reprimanded with the quick response of “mind your business and do what we tell you to do”. hehehehe
Good Friday was a difficult day in regards to what to feed us. I have to admit that my mom would always ask us if we wanted to eat this Tomato Soup. We would always yell out loud YES!!!!. Then we would run around the house yelling YESSS YESSSS, my brother was 4 and I was 9 so definitely a lot of yelling going on. 🙂 So, this year I decided to go with this soup. It’s a quick and simple recipe with just a handful of ingredients and a great recipe for those who are just starting to learn how to cook.
While I was preparing this soup I remembered how I drove my mom crazy with all my questions. I was 9 and I was curious!! But wait don’t for a second think that I have stopped asking questions!!
Have a good one everyone!!
