Hello everyone,
The start of a new week ahead and so many things to do. I was up early this morning to finish the post because I have to read up a bit more on what I have to do tomorrow, since I am officially starting work. The part time job I got is working from home, so it’s not like I have to get up early and be out of the house to be at my desk at 8 am. Sometimes, I do miss that morning rush and being out there in the world, running to catch the train, or the bus, grabbing that cup of coffee, and most importantly having a salary.
I had some yogurt in the fridge, I thought to myself what shall I do with this??? and ahhh yesss of course a Dip. 🙂 I started on the dip quickly because my brother was coming over for a quick visit. I was in the kitchen making Spring Rolls but this recipe is for another time. 🙂 What makes this dip so interesting is the added Mint! Have you every tried Mint in Yogurt? If not you definitely need to try this recipe. 🙂 I added a bit less Mint because I wanted the spicy taste to stand out. Hot!! Hot!!
My brother came over yesterday for a quick visit, so this was a great opportunity for some dipping. 🙂
If you try out this recipe, I would love to hear some feedback. 🙂
