Hey there,
Are you tired of eating the same old plain sandwich? If you are then here’s a great idea, a sandwich made with Roasted Salmon in other words a Roasted Salmon Sandwich. :). If you’ve read my last post I did mention that I would be posting a recipe for this sandwich. Now, I made this with the leftover roasted salmon but you can make this sandwich with freshly cooked salmon. Now, this could just be me but for some reason, I believe that the taste of leftover salmon just tastes better the following day.
I combined greek yogurt, dijon mustard, and a few other ingredients to give it a twist. For the bread roll, I ended up using normal hamburger buns, because my local bakery was all out of buns. I like to add a little something on the side and so I prepared air-fryer onion rings, a fresh-cut lettuce salad with dill, fresh onions and I drizzled the salad with olive oil, and lemon juice.
A delicious different colorful lunch idea to try out.
Have a good rest of the week!
