I hope you had a restful and lovely weekend. The weather here was lovely, so it was time to see if hubby can acutally walk a bit longer than the half hour we have been working on. We started out with the 15 minute walk, continued with the 1/2 hour walk, and then we did a whole hour!! I am so very proud of him 🙂 So far so good.
I had some left over Apple Sauce. and since there is no sugar involved I really did now know what to do with it. So, I kind of put this together and I wasn’t sure what this would turn out to be. I threw in some Muesli, found some Greek Yogurt that I had in the fridge I also added a few tablespoons of Apple Sauce and just gave it a try.
I put it into the fridge for about 1 hour, and then took a nice spoonful to see what I made and to be honest it was really quite tasty…The Cinnamon gave it a great twist.

Muesli, Yogurt and Cinnamon Apple Filling Cup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Muesli
- 3 1/2 cups Apples
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add water and cubed Apples into a small sauce. Boil on medium to high heat until Apples are tender.
- Add in Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, and Lemon juice.
- Set aside to cool off
- Use any time of cup, start by adding either Apple filling or Muesli on the bottom.
