Hey there foodie friends,
The weather has been treating us so goood. We have been having days with sunshine and warm weather. Soup season should have already started here but I think its going to be delayed for a few more weeks. 🙂 We are still spending our days outside, walking around and enjoying a cup of coffee at our local neighborhood cafes. Sure, we do need to wear a light jacket early in the morning or late and night but during the day uhhhh just fabulous.
I was never really a big Feta Cheese eater growing up. Back then there weren’t many Greek Deli’s in New York. I remember there was one in Astoria that my parents used to buy some Greek products but that was it. I started to enjoy eating Feta when I moved to Greece. There is such a big variety of Feta Cheeses in Greece nowadays, I had to try a few before I could decide which one I really liked. 🙂 The light and peppery taste is definitely the one for me.
So, this is delicious little treat is a recipe that I enjoy making and eating because it’s not just plain Feta Cheese. 🙂
Have a good week everyone!! 🙂
