Hey there,
Is there anything better than the aroma of fresh homemade bread spreading throughout the house? Nope, not! The only downside to making bread is the overnight waiting process, but that’s okay. You know what they say: “Good Things Take Time,” when it comes to this Easy Homemade Artisan Bread, it sure does.
Baking bread is not as easy at first as many say it is. I’ve heard many say that it’s the easiest thing to do. Well, that’s not exactly true, maybe for some, it was a snap but for me, it took me some time to get it right. I’m just being honest it wasn’t, it took me a few tries before I nailed it when I was first trying it out. But let’s be honest here nothing is that simple, you need to try it out a few times before getting it right. So, this is how I started making bread, I tried this bakery-style artisan bread that only needs three key ingredients.
This easy homemade artisan bread is a rustic hearty bread that is great for dipping into your favorite bowl of comfort food. That could be soups, stews, or just spreading butter and jam anything that makes your heart flutter. This bread has a crusty outer layer with a soft interior. Believe me, when the bread is just out of the oven give it a few minutes to rest. Then go slice two pieces slather that butter on top, and indulge.
The dough will double the size overnight so you can make two medium-sized loaves of bread or one large one. If you have a Dutch oven bread pan it’s ideal. If you do not like me use a pot that has a lid and can be put in your oven. This delicious easy homemade artisan bread is dairy-free, eggless, and tasty.
Wishing everyone a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening!
