Easy Homemade Artisan Bread

This bread is made with three simple ingredients a rustic crusty outer layer and a soft interior.

- 4½ cups white flour organic
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 2 ¼ cup water room temp
Preheat oven to 250℃.
In a large bowl whisk the dry ingredients, then add the water the dough will be sticky. Leave it on your counter at room temperature overnight, at least 12 to 13 hours.
Bake at 250℃ for 35 minutes. After the 35 minutes remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes.
