Hello friends,
I wanted to make these Air Fryer Garlic Cheese Bites with a certain type of bread they sell in bakeries. There’s a huge variety of loaves of bread in the local bakeries in my area. There have been times when I am so confused that I don’t know which one to choose. This bread is a mix between a baguette and a farmer’s bread. I don’t find it often but when I do I make these little Air Fryer Garlic Cheese Bites.
This Air Fryer garlic cheese bite recipe is a quick and simple recipe prepared in just a few minutes. We can use fresh ingredients that we all have at home and as far as the bread is concerned you can use any type. I have tried these little garlic cheese bites with ciabatta bread. All I do is cut the ciabatta bread into a smaller cube size. I understand that you may not have time to prepare your garlic bread and store-bought is another option, but if you find the time and have the ingredients on hand, give it a go.
I used to buy store-bought but it is not the same thing. Look at it this way, by making your own you can use or shall I say have control over how much garlic, parsley, cheese, and butter you use. To prepare these garlic cheese bites I used unsalted butter and organic garlic. The organic garlic is quite strong in flavor, in comparison to the regular garlic and this is why I choose organic garlic when I find it. I used my garlic crusher to crush the four garlic cloves. By doing this step I can spread the exact amount of fresh garlic I want.
I don’t combine the garlic, butter, and parsley into a bowl, I prefer to spread each ingredient separately. I believe the bread and the ingredients cook better when spread separately. To top off the garlic bites with cheese, I prefer two types of cheeses, Cheddar or Gouda. I used Gouda cheese which melts beautifully and one more easy step if you are a cheese lover then just go crazy and use your favorite cheese!
Tip: you can also use day-old bread for this recipe. 🙂
Have a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening everyone.

Do you put the crushed garlic on top of the butter – this step is missing from the recipe?
Hi Anna, Thank you so much for pointing that out. Yes, on top of the butter. Thank you again. 🙂
