Hey hey,
I had some leftover fresh salmon, so I prepared my Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites this time, and I am so glad I did. Salmon Bites are one of those recipes that feel almost too easy for how delicious they turn out. Small cubes of salmon cooked in minutes; the bites become crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The air fryer gives the salmon a beautiful golden finish while keeping it juicy. A simple mix of olive oil, lemon, garlic powder, and pepper is enough to create a Mediterranean-style coating that caramelizes slightly as it cooks. The salmon bites come out lightly crisp, perfectly seasoned, and ready to serve with pasta, rice, salad, or even tucked into a warm pita.
What makes this recipe shine is its flexibility. You can season the salmon with herbs like dill or oregano, add a touch of honey for sweetness (like I did), or keep it simple with salt and pepper. The air fryer handles everything; there is no splatter and no mess. For the rice, I used parboiled, but you can use Basmati rice or any rice. I had a little parboiled rice left in my pantry.
You can reheat these salmon bites, and they still stay tender, making them ideal for quick lunches or easy dinners throughout the week. Serve them with lemon wedges, a drizzle of yogurt sauce, or toss them into a creamy pasta. They’re simple, comforting, and full of Mediterranean warmth.
Have a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening, everyone! 🙂
