Hello!!! Did everyone have a good weekend? I hope so and I do hope that all is well…We had a very nice weekend it was the first one that we went out in a long long long time, we went and visited some friends who have moved to Germany from Greece. Our friend actually is a base player in a group and they were having a live concert on Saturday night so this gave us the opportunity to hear him live again!! I think its been 10 years since the last time I have been to a live concert. Germany had wonderful weather this weekend, Saturday night was just lovely, warm, stars were out, people dancing, and having a great time. 🙂
Sunday we were invited over to some other friends house for lunch, the food was delicious BBQ, 🙂 we got a chance to catch up on everything and well we just had a lovely time. 😉 Just a small shout out thanking Katerina and hubby so much for inviting us to their home and their wonderful hospitality. (Before I forget Charlie had a great time too!!!) 🙂
Since food was way to much this weekend, today’s lunch is light and salad is the only option. I ate Carrot Salad for the first time at my mother-in-laws :)…I remember that she placed it on the table and I made some sort of facial expression because she caught it hahahahahahah…and she remarked..:) Don’t get me wrong I love my mother-in-law, I have been very lucky she is like a second mom to me, anyway because I love salad I was absolutely going to try it, and have been making it myself since then. 🙂
