Hey there.
This Valentine’s Day why not try making this Valentine’s Day Chocolate Souffle? I rarely make chocolate souffle and this is because I believe that making souffle is difficult. I don’t even know how many times I’ve tried this recipe before I was able to succeed. You need patience and a calm surrounding, what I mean is that it is best to make a chocolate souffle when there is no one else in the kitchen or the house.
I’ve never tried to make a large chocolate souffle but now that I’ve got it down pat I just might in the future. So, I prefer to make individual portions, it’s simply easier. The first time I tried to make a souffle it flopped. Many say that making this Chocolate souffle is not difficult but I am here to say it is at first. Once you’ve mastered it, you’ll be in the kitchen whipping up souffles in no time.
In this recipe, I’ve used chocolate and cocoa. It’s like a two-in-one chocolate dessert don’t you think? When I first tried this recipe I forgot to remove the ingredients from the fridge. (what can you do it happens! ) So don’t forget the eggs, butter, and milk should be at room temperature. Start by melting the butter and chocolate over a simmering water base. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients, and watch how this delicious chocolate dessert comes together. You won’t need a stand mixer for this recipe, whisking the ingredients will be easy enough.
So, get out your molds, bowls, and kitchen utensils and have fun making this Valentine’s Day Chocolate Souffle for you or that special someone for Valentine’s Day. This luxurious chocolate-lover souffle will be a favorite.
Have a lovely Valentine’s Day. 🙂
Wishing everyone a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening.
