Valentine's Day Chocolate Souffle

This chocolate and cocoa dessert will be a favorite amongst chocolate lovers.

4 ramekins buttered

- ⅓ cup 70% dark chocolate chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter room temp - melted
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1½ tbsp cocoa shifted
- 1 tbsp milk
Preheat oven
Chop the chocolate and add the butter into a bowl. Place on top of steamed simmering water and stir until both have melted. Once both have melted set aside to cool for a few minutes.
In the second bowl add three whole eggs, sugar, and whisk until combined.
Add in the cooled-off chocolate mixture.
Continue adding in the flour, the shifted cocoa powder, and milk. Stir until combined and slightly thickened.
Fold ¾ of the mix into each buttered ramekin.
Bake at 200C/ 400F for 8 to 10 minutes.
