Halloween Shaped Mini Cakes

Halloween monster shape cakes

Hey there foodie friends.

I decided not to make cookies for Halloween this year, (too much drama) so I did the next best thing.  I made Halloween Shaped Mini Cakes…This was so much fun!!   I really was not in the mood to make a dozen batches just to get one batch right.   So, I went ahead and made my Vanilla Pound Cake recipe which I have posted in the past. I added a few tablespoons into the Halloween shape mold and there you go.  That simple 🙂  What?? Did you really think that I was capable to actually make these cute little monsters? hahahhahahaha   The mold consists of a bat, ghost, skeleton, witch, pumpkin I think there is one more but can’t remember.  The cake batter was more than I needed for the mold so I made a batch of mini cupcakes to have with my tea this afternoon.  🙂

That’s it for now guys short and sweet post this time!!  Have a lovely weekend!!

Happy Halloween and STAY SAFE!!
