Fresh Strawberries marinated in White Balsamic Vinegar Dessert

A delicious Strawberry Dessert

Hello 🙂  I have been wanting to try out this recipe for a while now, and I finally got the chance to make it on Saturday.  I was literally surprised at the delicious combination of  the strawberries with the vinegar. I had search around and found that most used the darker Balsamic Vinegar, I did add picking up a bottle of  White Balsamic Vinegar  on my shopping , 🙂 which really was a good idea to do.  I made two recipes to try out to see which one my tastebuds would love, and the winner was the white one. I really did not like the other version with the strawberries. 🙁

I asked my hubby if he wanted to try out a bowl without  telling him what was in it  🙂 because I knew he would make those facial expressions and would not even give it a try. :0  So, he said yes and I gave him a small bowl of the strawberries and added a bit of whipped cream, he tried a small spoonful and he loved it!!  It was time for me to tell him what was in it,  and of course I got the facial expressions and the VINEGAR!!  blahhhh reactions!!  I let him do the whole reaction thing but at the same time I noticed he kept eating it,  when he was done I told him “all this time your complaining you ate the whole bowl”!!!!  hahhahaha

Give it a try and let me know what you think!! 🙂
