Hey there,
I was seriously struggling to come up with a title for these delicious little treats, so I finally gave up. Valentine’s Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Tubes was the best I could do. I know, I know it’s not glamorous,… but it’s so accurate. (They are way too large to call them cannoli) 🙂
Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays that almost begs for something sweet, a little indulgent, and made with love. Whether you’re celebrating with your partner, your best friends, or just treating yourself (which I fully support). These Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cheesecake tubes are exactly the kind of dessert that feels special without being fussy. For this version, I couldn’t, or I was not in the mood to make the classic Italian cannoli, so I found these waffle-shaped tubes and gave them a romantic Valentine’s twist. I filled them with a creamy cream cheese, ricotta cheese filling, and fresh strawberries. The result? Crispy shells, velvety filling, and little pops of fruity sweetness in every bite. And I dipped the edges in crushed roasted almonds. Soooo goooddd!
What I love most about this recipe is how it balances textures and flavors. The shells stay crisp, the cheesecake filling is rich but not heavy, and the strawberries add freshness that keeps everything from feeling overly sweet. It’s indulgent, yes, it’s true, but still light enough that you’ll happily reach for a second one. Or a third. 🙂 This is also one of those desserts that works beautifully for entertaining. You can prepare the filling ahead of time, chop the strawberries, and pipe the tubes just before serving, as I do.
Valentine’s Day isn’t just about giving the perfect gift. It’s about warmth, comfort, and little gestures that say I care. A homemade dessert like this does exactly that. It feels thoughtful. It feels festive. And it feels like love on a plate. If you want to go that little extra mile, simply dust the tubes with powdered sugar, drizzle them lightly with melted chocolate, or even add a few heart-shaped sprinkles for fun. These little touches turn a simple dessert into something truly memorable.
So whether you’re baking for someone special or simply because strawberries + cheesecake + shells sound irresistible (they are), I hope these Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cheesecakes Tubes bring a little joy, sweetness, and love into your kitchen. Because at the end of the day, desserts made with heart always taste better.
Remember to pipe the shells before serving. 🙂
Have a great morning/afternoon/evening, everyone! 🙂
