Juicy Hamburgers with Oven Roasted Fries

Hamburgers with Oven Roasted Fries

Hamburgers with Oven Roasted Fries

Hi there,

How are you all doing?  I am a bit late posting this week, because I don’t seem to be able to have enough time these days.  With hubby being home, he needs most of my attention so I haven’t been able to focus.  My mind is still all over the place but I am definitely slowly trying to get back into my daily routine.  🙂

Things are slowly starting to look better for my hubby.  We have started taking longer walks then the usual 15 minutes after the HA.  Our walks have increased to 1/2 hr with a much faster rythem, which actually does not bother me at all.  🙂   Charlie has been a huge help with hubby, always sitting/laying at his feet, and of courses bringing hubby most of his toys to him so that they can play.  🙂  Charlie is always looking for something to keep him occupied.  It’s funny how pets understand when something is just not right.

For lunch hubby wanted Hamburgers. I think Hamburgers are one of the easiest recipe to make.  In no less than 15 minutes with just a few ingredients you can  combine grill, oven bake, or fry, these simple Hamburgers that have a light and delicious taste. 🙂   I do make them quite often, just because it’s a quick meal when I have nothing else planned.  Remember, I mentioned we are not really red meat eaters but occasionally hubby might ask for a simple Hamburger. 🙂

Have a good day everyone!! 🙂
