Hello everyone,

This Crispy Feta Saganaki with Honey is dangerously good. If you’re a feta lover (and honestly, who isn’t?) and you adore classic Greek mezedes, then feta saganaki is your new obsession. It’s crispy, golden, melty, salty, sweet… basically everything you want in a snack, appetizer, or brunch spread. And the best part? It takes literally five minutes to make. Yes, five. That’s barely enough time to pour yourself a glass of wine, but multitasking is a life skill, right?

This meze is one of those simple pleasures that instantly elevates your day. All you need is a block of feta, a light dusting of flour, and a hot pan. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds for that nutty crunch, and you’re already halfway to heaven. The outside turns beautifully crisp while the inside stays warm and gooey, so good!

Finish it with a generous drizzle of honey for sweetness, or squeeze a lemon if you prefer something bright and tangy. And if you’re hosting brunch? This is exactly the kind of meze that disappears in seconds. You don’t even need pita crackers; toasted bread, or whatever you have on hand, works perfectly.

This crispy feta saganaki with honey is just a good block of feta and a baking pan. The moment that honey hits the crispy edges and starts to glisten, it becomes one of those dishes that look as good as they taste. Whether you’re cooking for friends, hosting brunch, or just treating yourself, this meze brings that warm, Greek‑taverna comfort straight to your kitchen.

It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s Greek, and it’s the kind of recipe that makes you look like you tried way harder than you actually did.  Exactly the kind of kitchen magic we love.  This is another delicious sesame seed feta saganaki recipe.   https://foodzesty.com/greek-feta-saganaki-recipe/

Have a lovely morning/afternoon/evening!!
