Cripsy Feta Saganaki with Honey

This quick and irresistible saganaki is the perfect 5‑minute Greek meze for any occasion. A simple block of feta gets lightly coated in flour, pan‑fried until golden and crispy, and finished with sesame seeds and a drizzle of honey (or lemon if you prefer something tangy).

- 250 grams feta cheese block - peppery flavored
- 1 egg large
- 25 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey good quality
In a bowl, add the 1 egg and whisk.
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
In a separate bowl, add the 25 grams all-purpose flour.
Dip the cheese into the egg. Then take the 250 grams feta cheese and roll it in the flour.
Place into a small baking pan.
Drizzle the 2 tbsp olive oil over the block of cheese.
Place the cheese in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Drizzle the honey over the baked cheese and serve.
