Equipment

  • 1 food processor/blender
  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 air fryer parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Baguette bread toasted
  • 1 mini yellow pepper
  • 1 mini red pepper
  • 1 mini green pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 ½ tbsp dill fresh
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • pepper
  • salt optional

Instructions

  • Place the mini peppers whole in the air fryer and give them a light spray of olive oil. Cook at 200°C until they’re soft and slightly charred. Set them aside to cool.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese, heavy cream, olive oil, cream cheese, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper to the bowl of your food processor. Blend on high until everything comes together into a smooth, creamy mixture.
  • Use the spatula to scoop the mixture into a bowl, add the finely chopped dill, and gently mix everything together until well combined.
  • Once the peppers have cooled slightly, slice them into small strips and drizzle them with the olive oil they were roasted.
  • Slice the bread into thin to medium slices. Spray each slice with olive oil and pop them into the air fryer until they turn golden and crisp. Layer with a spoonful of feta mixture, then layer with the roasted peppers.
  • Serve and enjoy
