Soft and Chewy Double Chocolate Cookie Recipe
A cookie recipe made with cocoa powder for a more intense taste.
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 Egg
- 2 grams Baking Soda
- 5 grams Baking Powder
- ¾ cups Sugar
- Salt pinch
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl add-in ingredients except for cocoa powder. Combine into a smooth batter
- Add-in Cocoa Powder and combine.
- Roll a few times into a medium-size ball of dough
- Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball.
- Bake for 25 min (depending on your oven) at 180 and under soft. Set aside to cool.
