Pumpkin Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin canned
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

  • Pour the batter into your favorite mug and microwave for 70 seconds or use a cake tester until it comes out clean. Top off with whipped cream and enjoy.
