One-Pot Creamy Tortellini Pasta Recipe

A creamy textured pasta dish made with cream, tortellini, cheese

- 1 leek chopped
- 250 grams spinach
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ cup cream
- 1½ cups tortellini
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- chili peppers optional
- salt pinch
- pepper pinch
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- parmesan cheese optional
- ½ cup white wine
In one large pot add in olive oil, chopped leek. Stir for a few minutes.
Add in spinach.
Add vegetable broth, chili peppers, salt, and pepper. Stir cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil add in tomato paste, cream, wine, cheese tortellini. Cook until the sauce has thickened and tortellini are al dente.
Serve immediately. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese
