Mini Bite Cinnamon Rolls

Puff pastry cinnamon rolls with a filling of dark sugar and cinnamon powder

- ¼ cup soft brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon powder
- ⅛ cup butter melted
- 1 puff pastry sheet fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 180℃. Melt the butter
Combine the sugar and cinnamon powder don't forget to dissolve the clumps of sugar.
Lay out the pastry puff dough onto the pastry board.
Use the silicone pastry brush and brush the melted butter over the dough.
Sprinkle in the sugar-cinnamon mix from top to bottom and left to right.
Start to roll the dough tightly to get that miniature size.
Cut into equal mini-size portions.
Place each portion into your mini muffin pan.
Brush some butter on top of the cinnamon roll then generously sprinkle cinnamon powder.
Bake for 20 minutes. Eaten hot or cold it is still delicious.
