Green Bean and Spicy Sausage Recipe

A greek dish made with Green beans and spicy sausages cooked in tomato sauce.

- 1 kilo/lb green beans fresh or frozen
- 2 red onions chopped, medium size
- 3 spicy sausages sliced
- 2 carrots chopped
- dill wash, drain, and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup olive oil + 2 extra tbsp
- pepper and salt
- 6 cups water add more if needed
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Air fryer sausages for 8 minutes on high and set aside when ready.
In a large pot add two tablespoons of olive oil chopped onions and carrots. Give it a quick stir on medium heat.
Add in the rest of the ingredients along with the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and ½ cup of olive oil. Submerge green beans with water.
Add in the sausages about 10 minutes before the green bean stew is ready. The stew is ready once the sauce has thickened.
