1 sheet parchment paper
- 2 cups greek yogurt 5% fat
- ¾ cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs large
- ¼ cup corn flour
- 1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cups strawberry marmalade optional
- 10 fresh strawberries sliced
Preheat oven to 170℃
In a bowl, add the 2 cups greek yogurt, ¾ cups brown sugar, 4 eggs, ¼ cup corn flour, and 1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
Whisk together until you have a smooth texture.
Pop into the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Once the cake is ready, set it aside to cool completely.
Add over the top of the cake ¾ cups strawberry marmalade, and the sliced fresh strawberries. (You can use whichever jam/marmalade of your choice)
