Easy Garlic Frozen Vegetables

Frozen vegetables become a quick, flavorful side dish when sautéed with olive oil and garlic. The heat brings out their natural sweetness while the garlic adds a warm, aromatic depth.

- 1 package frozen vegetables peas, carrots, corn, broccoli, etc.
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter unsalted
- 3 garlic cloves minched
- dill finely chopped
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ tbsp pepper
- salt optional
Add the ¼ cup olive oil and the 1 tbsp butter to a pan and cook over medium heat.
Place the 1 package frozen vegetables directly into the hot pan in a single layer.
Let the vegetables cook until the ice crystals evaporate.
Add in the 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp smoked paprika and ½ tbsp pepper. Stir gently. Let this cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the ½ cup vegetable broth. Stir and cook until the broth has evaporated.
Sprinkle in the fresh dill.
