Greek Tzatziki Dip is a creamy Mediterranean yogurt dip made with grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and fresh herbs. It’s refreshing, tangy, and ready in 15 minutes, it's perfect with pita, grilled meats, or as a healthy appetizer.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber grated
- ½ cup dill finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 ½ tbsp red vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil

Wash the 1 cucumber and grate it using a grater.
In a separate bowl, add the ½ cup olive oil. Pour in the 1 ½ tbsp red vinegar and stir to combine.
Add the grated cucumber, ½ cup dilland 3 garlic cloves to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Transfer the cucumber mixture into a bowl and add 1 cup Greek yogurt. Season with a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until fully combined.
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
