COCONUT MUFFINS (KEKAKIA ME KARYDA)
Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes
- 12 cupcake cups
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, and baking powder and set aside.
- In a smaller bowl beat vegetable oil, milk and egg.
- Add the milk and egg mix, into the flour mix and combine.
- Place cups into the cupcake pan and fill 3/4 of the cup with the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 1/2 hr. or depending on the oven.
