Christmas Spicy Feta Dip

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 red pepper air fryer
  • 1 cup mizithra or ricotta cheese soft unsalted cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano fresh or dry

Instructions
 

  • Brush the 1 red pepper with olive oil and place it into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200℃, or until soft.
  • Set aside the sweet pepper to cool.
  • Place 1 cup feta cheese, 1 cup mizithra or ricotta cheese, and ½ cup olive oil food processor. Beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with oregano. Gently fold the cheese dip using the spatula to combine the ingredients.
  • Serve with pita bread.
