Beetroot (shredded)

Greek Yogurt

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Boil Beetroots, set aside to cool. Peel off skin and shred (I used a grater)
Add in Greek Yogurt, Olive Oil, Salt, Smoked Paprika. Combine ingredients.
Place in fridge for one hour.
