Spicy Shrimps and Zoodle Pasta Recipe

Zoodles, what a funny name don’t you think so?  This was my second attempt making this Spicy Shimp and Zoodle Pasta Recipe.  The first time the Zucchini flew all over the kitchen.  It’s understandable when you don’t have that special little thingamajig that helps you slice the Zucchini.   So, I thought I would try with a grater.  Oh gosh, that was definitely a mistake, and I don’t plan on doing that again.  I then tried my food processor nope, nope, too short.

I was left with one option and that was to go to the supermarket and buying the ready cut Zoodles.  Yup folks that’s what I did.  I know I know shame on me for buying ready sliced Zucchini, buttttt what was I suppose to do. 🙁  Sometimes, you just gotta do what ya gotta do, right? I have decided on investing in a “Spiralizer” (thingamajig) for this recipe and other similar recipes that I have in mind.  🙂

The Shrimp and Zoodle Pasta were delicious, the combination of dry white wine and a few drops of lemon juice just makes an hugh difference. And anddddd the chili flakes.  This is usually eaten during the summer due to the refreshing taste, well this is what they say but as for me, well I’m different I like eating everything all year round.  I definitely recommend eating it any time of the year, with chili flakes or without. 🙂  This is definitely a great alternative to have if you’re looking to eat a healthier version of Pasta.  But I do know that there are some people who do dread eating pasta, so if you are one of those people try this version out. 🙂

Wishing everyone a wonderful day and safe day!!
