Preheat oven to 180c. In a large bowl add in the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and the egg. Whip all three ingredients until smooth.
Add in the crumbled feta cheese, and nutmeg. Use a spatula to combine the ingredients.
Brush olive oil on the bottom layer and sides of the baking pan. Add the first phyllo sheet and brush with olive oil. Do this step for each phyllo sheet. Once you have placed the last sheet pour the remaining olive oil and brush thoroughly.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown. Can be served hot or cold.
