Spicy Feta Dip (Tyrokafteri)

Tyrokafteri is Greece’s spicy feta di. It's creamy, tangy, and full of bold flavor. Made with feta cheese, roasted peppers, olive oil, and chili flakes, this easy mezze comes together in just minutes.

- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup Mizithra cheese or any unsalted cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp chili flakes or a chili pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbso organo dry
- 1 tsp thyme dry
- 2 red sweet peppers
Coat the red sweet peppers with olive oil. Place into the air fryer basket and cook at 200℃ for 10 minutes.
Set aside the sweet pepper to cool.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor, except for the chili flakes.
Beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with your favorite bread.
