Soft Pistachio Cookies
A delicious Greek cookie made with pistachio nuts from the Greek island of Aegina in Greece. Crunchy around the edges and soft in the middle.
Ingredients
- 200 grams Pistachio nuts crushed
- 1 egg white
- 2 ½ tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer until the ingredients turn into dough.
- Shape the cookie dough into 6 medium-sized cookies.
- Line a baking pan with a sheet of parchment paper, and place the cookies.
- Bake at 180℃ until crispy around the edges and soft
